Welcome to Trippers, our church travel group.
We are a Travel Group, operating within First United Methodist Church - Denton, that travels locally, regionally, and internationally.
We hold five membership meetings each year, usually the second Monday of those months. The months are, January, March, May, September and November. Meetings are held at First UMC-Denton in Flinn Hall and include a pot luck luncheon and a short meeting where future trips are announced and discussed. Membership dues are $2.00 per person annually and First UMC-Denton membership is not a requirement for membership in the Trippers Travel Group. Trippers officers are non-paid volunteers, and elections are held annually.

Leave church at 5:00 pm and return about 11:30 pm. All costs included for $45.00 per person..
Dine at the church in Monroe Gym at 12:30 pm, then attend the production of “The Producers” at the Denton Community Theater. Lunch and ticket to theater is $19.00 per person.

We will also visit Bonham, have lunch at Legacy Ridge golf course, visit Sam Rayburn Library and Sam Rayburn house, Fort Inglish and Homestead Winery. Leave 8:30 am and return approx. 5:30 pm. All transportation, fees, lunch and tips included. $45.00 per person.
Mt. Sequoyah, Fayetteville, Eureka Springs, Passion Play and Fort Smith. Leave 7:30 am and return approx. 6:00 pm. All costs and meals included. $375.00 per person.

Royal Caribbean cruise ship “Voyager of the Seas” -- 8 days/ 7 nights. Rates starting at $881.00 per person, double occupancy. Price is all inclusive except for your personal insurance.
