Preparing the Spirit

It is not only important, but absolutely necessary that we take time regularly to be spiritually nurtured.

Spiritual well-being is a discipline that is to be practiced. This discipline is practical and positive. It is practical in the sense that our spiritual journey involves strengthening our relationship with God.

As our spiritual relationship with God increases in strength, we are able to experience strengthening spiritual relationships with others. It is positive in the sense of pursuing a spiritually constructive perspective. This enables us to share the strengths of our spiritual journey with others.

It is through the exercise of spiritual disciplines within our relationship of faith in Christ that enable us to be come stronger in serving God. The fruits of these spiritual disciples result in the overflow of Godís blessings to others.
